Description

1993 Mazda Miata MX-5, 87k Miles, Some Modifications

I bought this car several years ago. It was a FM Turbo car that was converted about 5-10k miles previously. When I bought it, it did not run well and I never had the time to fix it until recently. The old FM "piggy back" management system was not working and replacement was almost impossible given the age. I decided to strip out the turbo components and run it NA. After weeks of installing a new engine harness and working out the bugs it runs great.

As the pictures show, its has pretty "unique" paint and body modifications from its turbo days. It does have Koni shocks and lowering springs with thicker roll bars and a strut tower brace. R1 rear spoiler. It also has a very heavy duty clutch (brand unknown).

We installed a new soft top.

As I said it runs and drives really well and will pass inspection before sale. The car has very low original mileage. The AC has a leak but the compressor is good.

This is about the cheapest miata you can get that actually drives well. Will make a great track car or driver.
